Messengers of Malice

So you think that the five-star environment psychic training makes it safe and hygienic? Choose them wisely, for just like the traditional system of spiritual practices, the new school, too, has its sumptuous share of fake pirs.

“While authentic methods of psychic healing are efficient means for curing emotional and physical ailments, landing in with a fake healer could get you into serious trouble too,” says one of the persons in the business without wanting to identify himself. “I can mention two cases which were brought to me. One was that of an allopathic doctor from a reputable hospital who had gone to learn reiki, unfortunately from someone who had not quite successfully mastered the technique himself. The doctor developed constant nausea and other psychosomatic disorders.

“Another case was that of a woman who had been told by her so-called mentor that she was born to serve him, and that it was the highest purpose of her destiny. That didn’t just include spreading the cosmic message of her Rasputine, but also included what I might put in as rather ugly purposes. Instead of developing her psychic energies the lady ended up with psychic disorders, complete symptoms of an acute trauma. I advised her to seek regular psychiatric help.

"But then, every social interaction has its pros and cons (and con men too!). We have heard of doctors abusing their patients and we have also heard of fake doctors. That doesn’t mean we should stop visiting the clinic. The same goes for the new field of psychic training.”
